The Birth of WOV
Women of Valor was born out of a vision in which women were living to the best of their abilities, growing personally, socially and financially, having received training and equipping for entrepreneurship, with opportunities to grow and excel in their chosen fields. To meet this goal, the founder of Women of Valor, Viola Suhitha Vasa created a structured platform where women can develop professional skills, leadership capabilities and come across entrepreneurial opportunities. Women of Valor launched training programmes for women in 2020, which expanded further in the next two years. In 2023 WoV launched of the entrepreneurship programme which in turn grew and eventually took the form of WoV Skills Ecosystem.

Founder’s Story
Women of Valor was birthed through a vision of its founder, Viola Suhitha Vasa. Viola had a dream of building scalable systems for women’s leadership, professional development and entrepreneurship.
Viola Suhitha Vasa is a skilled, experienced trainer and management consultant having over 18 years of experience and proven leadership skills. She has been at the helm of various organizations such as KALA, Umeed, Centris Infotech & Acelentia Consulting. She is also an empaneled trainer for the Ministry of Textiles.
Women of Valor began as a leadership and skill development initiative and evolved into a structured ecosystem supporting professional development and entrepreneurship.
